- Berlin-Kreuzberg: One night looking out of the window of his flat, Daniel Stillmann, a maths student, watches the strange antics of an old man near the Admiral Bridge - and then their eyes meet. An unsettling scene that haunts Daniel, especially when he hears that fragments of a corpse have been washed ashore. Was he the witness to a murder? That is one part of this intriguing story; the other plot involves two people working on a thriller, reflecting on the events at the canal.
»A perfectly constructed mystery spiked with comedy and irony. Above all, a nightmare, from which, once you are caught up in it, you cannot escape, even if you want to - because you just have to know how it ends.« (›Emma‹)
»A highly dramatic interplay of fiction and reality.« Berliner Zeitung -
