You Dumb Thing, You!

We have all experienced this: You are given a… a… thing that you find really dumb. So dumb that all you can think about is how to get rid of it. Goodbye and good riddance! Just get out of here! This is what happens to the boy in Salah Naoura and Thilo Krapp’s picture book. The only question is - where should the thing go? The boy gives free rein to his imagination, and wishes the thing to land in the most distant, awful places he can think of, which is exactly the way it is when we don’t like something - or someone. But then what? Something is missing…

Thilo Krapp’s Dumb Thing really makes its way around in this wild, mischievous book. It is pure delight to accompany it on its travels to all sorts of scary, adventurous places around the world. Especially if occasionally you encounter people in real life that you would like to send to the moon.

40 pages, Age 4 and up, ISBN 978-3-95470-167-4
