Julia Wadhawan, born in 1987, lives in Hamburg. She is a freelance journalist for Die Zeit, Spiegel and Deutschlandfunk Nova, primarily with a focus on digitalization, social justice, development policy - and India. Julie Wadhawan was awarded the prize for Specialist Journalist of the Year and was a media ambassador on the Robert Bosch Foundation's German Indian exchange programme.
