Mirna Funk
Mirna Funk was born in 1981 in East Berlin. She studied philosophy and works as a writer and freelance journalist, amongst others for FAZ, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die ZEIT and various Isreali publications. For the past two years, her monthly column “Jewish Today” has appeared in Vogue. Her debut novel 'Winternähe' was awarded the Uwe Johnson Prize, her nonfiction books are also succesful.
