Nicol Ljubic

Nicol Ljubic was born in Zagreb in 1971, and he grew up in Sweden, Greece, Russia, and Germany. He holds a degree in political science, and works as a freelance journalist and writer. He has received numerous awards for his news coverage and his books, including the Theodor Wolff Prize, the Adelbert von Chamisso Advancement Prize, and the Verdi Literature Prize. He was one of initiators behind the 2014 and 2016 European Writers conferences.
