Paula Nicolai
Paula Nicolai is a journalist and passionate cook who is familiar with both worlds: glamorous luxury and everyday hard-working life. She may well have come far enough in life to stay in a grand hotel or be pampered in a Michelin-starred restaurant, but her grandparents were so-called ‘ordinary people’. She has loved travelling by train since her youth, and enjoys inventing stories about her fellow travellers. Because everyone has their own secrets, troubles and guilty pleasures.
