Battle for the heart of the forest

Ever since Kassy succeeded in riding a windmare, she has been the official guardian of the forest. Better still – she’s also a fleurheart, with a special connecton to the trees and bushes of the forest. Thanks to her abilities, she can even beat Quirle the grey squirrel in a race – not to mention her friends Grace and Robinian. But the trees seem to be listening less and less to her, and the reason soon becomes clear: The park no longer trusts the children as its helpers! Even Camp Highwood, the treetop school, is threatened. Kassy must make the perilous journey to the heart of the forest, to convince it that it can count on her.

• An adventure novel about nature conservation and animals, with a marvelous setting and magical creatures
• For readers of Katja Brandis‘ ‘Woodwalkers’, Aimée Carter’s ‘Animox’, and Tanya Stewner’s ‘Liliane Susewind’
