A series of mysterious hit-and-run accidents happen close to the German-Danish border. At each scene, investigators find a baby’s dummy, painted with a black heart. New forensic investigator Mølgaard is taking a close interest not only in the cases, but also increasingly in archaeologist Fria Svensson. Meanwhile, Fria's brother, the prosecutor Matthis Svensson, has the Danish biker group MB28 in his sights, as they are about to choose a new leader.
