In the village of Eliasborn, a new season kicks off on December 1. The mayor has ordered the town to be transformed into a Christmas wonderland, reflecting the theme of a living Advent calender. Even Christmas curmudgeon Adam is being forced to participate. He is supposed to play St. Nicholas. However, right before the festive opening of the first Advent door, the pastor is found dead in his bathtub.

A bad omen for the Christmas season? Only one person can help now. Along with his friend Ruprecht, St. Nicholas sets off in search of the “Christmas murderer.” Can they save the holiday celebration?
