And Nobody Was Up to Any Mischief – Us Kids Back Then

Children's Books History, Children's Books Friends / Family

Three family stories about a wonderfully unsupervised, yet secure childhood

When you’ve got a lot of siblings, your parents have less time – and the kids are freer to have adventures! Daniela is always in the midst of it all when something happens. Like when her favorite brother, Woffe, digs up the turtle, Gertrud. Or when she and twin sister Wackel set out, hand-in-hand, to walk to the end of the world – that’s possible, right?

  • Daniela Kulot’s stories are every bit as compelling and entertaining as her illustrations!
  • Retro-pictures immerse the whole family in the era of the seventies
  • About the series Us Kids Back Then: childhood memories at their best
