Tanja Kokoska was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1971. She was an editor at the Frankfurter Rundschau newspaper for many years. She now works as a freelance journalist and author, amongst other things for the satirical website ‘Die Wahrheit’ (taz). She still lives in Frankfurt.
