Season Sisters – Autumn Shadows (vol. III)
The autumn sister searches for her roots in the Moselle region
Out of the four ‘Season Sisters’, Autumn is the shy and sensitive one, who only feels safe on her parents’ farm in Wales. Autumn’s great passion is horses, and it’s only in their company – and perhaps also in the company of the groom, Liam – that she can truly open up. A casual remark puts Autumn on the trail of her mother’s family history, and she realises that her mother is German: In fact, she is descended from an aristocratic family originally from the Moselle Valley. But why has she hidden her origins from her daughters? Autumn’s curiosity is piqued, but if she wants to find out more about her family history, she’ll have to go to Cochem on the Moselle River. And so, she takes her first halting steps into the outside world.
