Jonna Struwe, born in 1973, studied Political Science and Journalism. She lived in England and the USA with her family for a while, then returned to Germany. After spending a few years working as an editor, she became a self-employed blogger and mentor for families abroad. Today, she devotes herself entirely to writing for her favourite audience: children. Jonna Struwe enjoys digging about in the garden. And sometimes she digs up an odd idea or two.

Lisa Rammensee studied Communication Design in Trier before moving on to study Illustration in Hamburg. She is a passionate nature-lover, as can be seen from her plant and recipe illustrations. You can usually find her in the forest surrounded by mushrooms, in her garden among the turnips and bush beans or at her desk with an iPad and her watercolours.
