Jan is in love – and he’s got it bad, really bad, no question! On group project days at school he’ll make sure he’s in with Lena so she can see him in the best possible light. The only fly in the ointment is that Justus Bloch – Prince Charming, wealthy parents, the whole bit – has the same idea. But Jan wouldn’t be Jan if he didn’t put his resourcefulness to work – and he’s not afraid to engineer a nifty little catastrophe to ensure that Bloch-head and his future with Lena are well and truly scuppered.
Hans-Jürgen Feldhaus, born in 1966, studied Graphic Design at Münster and works as a freelance illustrator for various firms and publishers. He has written and illustrated numerous books at dtv.
