Mila Weiss, from the Special Investigation Unit 4, is on the hunt. She has travelled deep into the mountains to confront a phantom from her past: Johannes Toblach. But on the day after her arrival, a body is found in the trees, trapped in a net of ropes. And now Mila must ask herself the question: Is she the hunter or the hunted? Little by little, she comes closer to her goal – until suddenly, she disappears without trace.
The other members of the team immediately set out to find her and arrive at a remote mountain village where the only thing more dense than the fog is the silence.
