Save Grandma’s Boa! My circus, my village and me
Children's Books Friends / Family
We’ve run away from the circus!
Princess is new in the village, new in school, new in Andi’s house – in fact, new to houses altogether. Princess has travelled with the circus her entire life, but after an argument with Sergio, the circus director, she and her mother have made the snap decision to leave the circus and move into Andi’s cluttered farm. Princess misses her alpacas, her life split between riding school and the caravan – and her grandmother. Fortunately, she meets Son and Emmi from the village, both of whom are determined to help her, because Sergio has sold Mr Orange, the old, beloved snake which belonged to Princess’ grandmother. Now Princess wants to buy it back for her grandmother at any cost! But how do the children get the money for it? And how do they find Mr Orange?
- A perceptive story of losing one home and finding another – and good friends besides
- Insights into the exciting world of a circus
- Action-packed and fast-paced
